And insiders say Hayden — who has previously dated her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia and Welsh TV presenter Steve Jones — is besotted with her new love and is already talking marriage.

“Hayden is head over heels with Wladimir,” said a source close to the actress. “She says he’s her dream man — tall, dark and handsome! She’s hoping to have a ring on her finger by the end of the year.”

Ukrainian-born Wladimir, 33, presently holds the IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight boxing titles. Hayden, 20, has previously revealed that she wants a big family.

“I always said I want four kids — I love kids,” she said last year. “I would love to be a mom and to have a family — for Italians, it’s the most important thing you can have.”

Hayden Panettiere, 20, “was dancing, front and center” with Kevin Connolly, 35. The two were “chatting in the VIP lounge at the pool during the concert, and at the afterparty at LIV [nightclub at the Fontainebleau], they were sitting together. They were chatting all night, and they were very close to each other all evening.”

The pair even shared a classic date food: Domino’s New Pizza slices together poolside, says the eyewitness.

Lady Gaga performed four songs, including “Bad Romance” from her current album, Fame Monster. Others in the audience included Chace Crawford (“He was singing to Gaga’s songs,” says a source), blogger Perez Hilton (sporting a head-to-toe floral ensemble), former Desperate Housewives actor Shawn Pyfrom, The Hills’ Frankie Delgado, former boybander J.C. Chasez and actress Stacy Keibler.

Cassidy, 23, and McCartney, 22, met when they were both 15 while he was touring with the group Dream Street. The two dated from 2004 to 2007: “They have both grown up a lot and haven’t had much luck dating other people,” the mutual friend tells E! “Since they feel so comfortable with one another, they decided to give it another shot.”

One might have assumed that Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia amicably split, but a new story makes you wonder. It is now rumored that Hayden is scheming to get her Heroes co-star kicked off of the show. The news was broken by a supposed close friend of Hayden who told Ok Magazine She refuses to be on the set at the same time as him, and added, She is making it difficult for everyone involved.

An interesting angle to the showdown (if you can call it a showdown) was revealed by Panettieres pal that Milo (who is 31 and presumably more mature) on the other hand is not resorting to such low levels. The source said: Hes not going to play any games or stoop to her level.

It seems though that Hayden has been on edge of late as she reportedly lost her cool at a fundraiser gala in Hawaii this weekend, blasting a reporter for touching her shoulder. The Heroes star allegedly yelled back up to photographers as she was walking the red carpet at a charity event on Sunday. The 19-year-old then barked, “Dont you ever touch me,” to a reporter who had tapped her on the shoulder to ask for an interview, before telling the on-looking press, You all make my life miserable, according to Us Weekly magazine.

In addition to “HMS,” Jones is working on “Mystic Pizza: Another Slice,” a two-hour “backdoor” pilot in development at Lifetime based on the 1988 film she co-wrote.

When Heroes hit the scene it got a lot of hype and was declared the most innovative series to hit the small screen in years. Critics loved the show, and it appeared that fans did too. Even the hard to please fanboys (and girls); people who eat, breathe, sleep comic books, gave the series a big thumbs-up. Heroes premiered on NBC in 2006, and received very respectable ratings, a little over 14 million, becoming the highest rated dramatic series NBC had in five years.

However, Heroes’ ratings have steadily declined over the past three years and the show is steadily loosing its audience. According to Nielsen Ratings Systems, Heroes is now one of NBC’s lowest-rated shows. “There isn’t much happening with the show in terms of audience, and giving it a ‘final chapter’ feel is something the network is considering to help allow the show to go out with a bang,” an NBC source told AirlockAlpha.com.

According to inside sources, NBC is pressuring the producers to start winding down the series and prepare a season finale. Officially, the peacock network claims that they have not made any final decision regarding the fate of Heroes at this time.

Will Heroes make it to a fifth season? It all rests on the shoulders of the writers and the fans.

I get that there’s no easy way to lay someone off, but, come on, this is ridiculous: A male series regular on a one-hour drama — a onetime ratings powerhouse — learned that he was out of a job only after reading his character’s death scene in the script! According to my mole, the popular and well-respected leading man — who tapes his final scenes this week — was blindsided not just by his ouster, but by the tacky way in which it was handled. “He was hurt that the producers didn’t tell him first,” says the source. “He deserved better.”

The real surprise is that, well, anyone was surprised at all. The actors on said show have long been frustrated by the lack of communication coming from the front office. Still, as the insider points out, “This was low even for them.”

So, who’ll be looking for work starting next week? And what show does he currently star on? Here’s the first of two hints: It’s not — I repeat not — Grey’s Anatomy. Look for that second hint in this week’s Ask Ausiello.

This television actress – who is environmentally conscious – usually brings her own reusable shopping totes to the supermarket. One day she forgot. When the time came to check out, she asked for paper bags. The clerk packed the groceries into paper bags, but when the actress went to pick them up, she expressed annoyance that the bags had no handles. “Where are the handles? Don’t your bags usually have handles? How am I supposed to carry bags without handles?” She became even more annoyed when the grocery clerk then slipped a plastic bag over the bottom of the paper bag in order to give the bags handles. “No, no, NO!” the actress exclaimed, and started lecturing the clerk on environmental waste.

A manager came over to mediate, and after a bit of arguing back and forth, wound up gifting the actress with several reusable tote bags. The clerk then pulled all the groceries out of the paper and plastic bags and re-packed them into the tote bags, all while being lectured by the actress. The actress then grabbed the bags from the clerk rather rudely, and tossed off a very sarcastic “Thank you SOOO much for doing your part to help the environment!” before heading out the door. It must be exhausting for this girl to engage in controversy wherever she goes.

The romantic rumors were sparked after Hayden and Kevin were spotted together chatting all evening at HBO’s post-Emmy party on Sunday. This rumor’s quashed!

The 35-year-old Entourage star spent the evening with the 20-year-old Heroes starlet. Hayden certainly likes her men older. She dated Heroes co-star, Milo Ventigmilia, 32, for nearly two years and has recently been linked to business mogul (and Lindsay Lohan ex) Harry Morton, 28.

“Hayden spent her entire evening at the Entourage table talking to Kevin. They were there to hang out together and stayed for hours until well after midnight. Kevin only left Hayden’s side towards the end of the night when he wanted to chat with someone at another table.”

Meanwhile, Harry Morton, who has been out of town, was bragging to friends about dating Hayden. One pal says, “He still thought he was dating her last week and told friends all about her. Harry was bragging about getting her to do anything he wants.”
